A second account required for support forums

I tried logging into the support forums using my existing Zingzam community username and password, but these were not recognized. Instead, I set up another duplicate account (i.e., same username and password)--I was suprised that I could set up a duplicate account--and this let me post to the support forums.
Is this the desired functionality, or is this one of those "features" that gets fixed at some point.

This is a side-effect of the way the system is setup. The Zingzam support site is just another Zingzam community that is run and monitored by us and so there is no automatic account creation.
We have a task in our list to solve this but it is not currently scheduled for release soon. My apologies for the confusion it has caused you.
