Yes - you can backup your data using Export Data in the Administration menu. However - this feature is primarily for you to be able to keep your own copy of the data and there is currently no way to automatically restore - if you did want to restore your forums to one of your backed up states though, please get in touch with us.
There is a processing fee for restoring backups that is currently £150. We have a story in our backlog to implement online restore but until that is completed, you will need to pay the fee.
